Tach zusammen, kennt jemand dieses komische silberne Kästchen neben der Zündspule eines 2,8H Motors? Wenn ich den Schalter nach „hinten“ lege, läuft der Motor extrem schlecht, Schalter nach vorne, ist der Motorlauf ein wenig besser! Er spring aber nur an, wenn ich an dem Schalter herumschalte! Manchmal springt er nur mit Vollgas an und bleibt stotternd irgendwie am leben…. Manchmal wiederum läuft er ganz normal. Was kann das sein? ich denke eine TSZ .Transistorzündanlage. Aufgrund des Alters tippe ich daß der Halbleiter defekt ist..... würd mit nen verteiler mit Unterbrecher besorgen oder nach Ersatz suchen...gehört aber der Unterbrecher im Verteiler dazu.....

Hallo, OK... macht Sinn das dieses teil defekt sein könnte, der Motor läuft zumindest wie´n sack Muscheln! Aber, einen Unterbrecherkontackt, hat die jetzt verbaute Zündung, den den habe ich gewechselt! Ich habe versucht alles "normal", also ohne dieses Gerät anzuschließen, dann läuft der Motor eigentlich garnicht! Was kann ich jetzt machen damit der Motor ohne so´ne Neumodische Zündtransistor-Quatsch läuft? Gruß Andre

Hm.Was haste denn für einen Unterbrecherkontakt eingebaut ? Genau so einer , der zu der TSZ gehört ? Ich glaube nicht daß ein "normaler" UBK funktioniert. Schau mal im Netz unter TSZ ,da wird einiges dazu erläutert.

ich kann es eigentlich nicht sagen, aber es deutet nichts darauf hin! Es sollte doch zumindest möglich sein, den Motor ohne diese wohlmöglich def. TZA laufen zu lassen, oder muss die Zündspule ( Kondensator oder mehr Zündspez. Bauteile) zwangsläufig auch mal einer Transistorzündung, angepasst / geändert worden sein? DANKE für die Hilfe....

mit ner TSZ kann auch ein anderer Unterbrecher verbaut sein, der ohne TSZ-Box nicht läuft, sprich für normalen Unterbrecherkontakt-Betrieb nicht läuft..... Ob ein Kondensator der für U-Brecher-Kontakt für die Abbrandminimierung verantwortlich ist , auch verbaut war: kann ich nicht sagen. Siehst Du aber ganz einfach ob ein rundes 20mm +25mm Blechgehäuse seitlich am Verteiler verbaut ist. Die Frage ist halt auch, da der Motor bei Dir ja wohl noch nie lief, oder ? ob die Basics passen : Zündzeitpunkt, Vergaser, Spritversorgung, Zündkerzen... ???

naja... ich kann nicht sagen, daß der Motor nie lief... Er lieft als ich ihn abgeholt hatte, etwas besser! Ich habe neue Zündkabel, Stecker, U-brecherkontakt, Finger, Zündkerzen verbaut. Beim kauf des Unterbrecherkontakt, habe ich nicht auf eine TZA hingewiesen, hier habe ich wohlmöglich einen "normalen" U.-kontakt bekommen?! Den Vergaser habe ich komplett neu abgedichet, kurz danach lief der Motor super, aber nur für ca. 5min. Danach wieder viel schlechter! Als ich den Wagen abgeholt habe, lief er so einigermassen, er nahm nicht so richtig "gas" an, und starb oft ab, als ich auf dem Trailer gefahren bin! Mechanisch klingt der Motor einfach traumhaft, seidenweich! Naja... ersteinmal muss ich den Motor vernünftig abdichten... Gruß Andre
