Hallo zusammen,

müsste mal schnell nen Tipp haben..... einer der beiden Krümmerverbindungsflansche war ein wenig undicht, das wollte ich vor der ersten Ausfahrt noch "mal eben" erledigen!! Mal eben.... naja, die hintere abgebrochene Schraube habe ich mittlerweile losgetüddelt, man kommt fast garnicht dran! naja egal, sie ist raus. Die Metalldichtung des hinteren Rohres / Flansch ist putt :-( Ich wollte eigentlich morgen wieder alles zusammenbauen, was nur fehlt, ist die olle Metalldichtung..... Ich habe gerade ein stück Teflon 2mm Dick in der Hand, nun nicht lachen, könnte das funktionieren?? Wie heiß wird der Krümmer am Flansch, was kann so´ne Teflondichtung an temperatur ab? Ich befürchte die Dichtung wird welk?? ODDA???

mmmmhhhhh......

ich kann in meiner KAD-literatur nichts finden, ist die "dichtheit" zwischen dem Abgaskrümmerflansch und den beiden Rohren die runter gehen, mittels Dichtung sichergestellt, oder ist dort überhaupt gar keine? Bei DB ist es manchmal so, dass die Dichtflächen Plan-geschliffen ist..... Ist dort eine Metalldichtung / evtl. Kupfer??

Hallo!
Das hintere Rohr ist ohne Dichtung, hier dichtet nur der Konus zum Krümmer, das vordere Rohr hat einen Dichtring, der leider eine leichte Fehlkonstruktion ist.
Man kann vom Vectra A den Metallgewebering verwenden, der soll da besser sein. Ich hab Auspuff-Dichtpampe, Stahlwolle und den originalen Dichtring drin.
Dichtring müßte noch im Handel sein.

DANKE, das hilft mir zumindest weiter....
War eben bei Opel... er hat nur gelacht, als ich Admiral A gesagt habe :-) Die Jungs haben jedenfalls nix passendes da!
Ich habe mehrere ausprobiert, bis jetzt, habe ich nur etwas von BMW gefunden, leider ein paar mm zu klein...... grrrr...
Ich habe mir schon fast gedacht, dass es zwischen dem vorderen und hinteren unterschiede gibt.

Hallo Andre!
Katalognummer der Dichtung ist 854837.
Hab mal geschaut, Opel Classic Parts Obere (in Holland) oder Alt-Opel Hilfe hat noch die Dichtung.
Hab sie vor 4 Jahren noch beim normalen Teilehändler für 1/4 des Preises bekommen, aber was hilfts..
Ansonsten die keglige Dichtung vom Vectra A mal probieren, wenn die vom 2l zu groß ist, 1,6l hat eine kleinere.
